Dr. Edward J. Walter & Associates, Inc. was founded by E. J. Walter, Ph.D. and employs people intimately familiar with seismology, geophysics, acoustics, mining engineering, heavy construction, and explosives technology.  The firm has never had a time-lost injury.  The typical client base includes Federal and State agencies, municipalities, contractors, blasters, heavy industry, etc.  Dr. Edward J. Walter & Associates, Inc. operates a fleet of over 200 seismographs, and associated equipment.  The firm operates form 3 locations: Cleveland Ohio , Pittsburgh Pennsylvania , and Allentown Pennsylvania .  The personnel in these offices have in excess of 60 publications to their credit.  They have regularly taught at numerous seminars and training sessions whose subject mater included blasting technology, seismic technology, and blasting safety.  These seminars have been conducted both for private industry and public agencies.  The client list includes Federal and State agencies, municipalities, contractors, mining companies, heavy industry, insurance companies, homeowners, and litigators.
