Existing blast plans can be evaluated prior to or after the shot.  Referencing a blast plan to the actual rock breakage and vibration patterns can make the difference in damage claim litigation.  Third party plan evaluation by Dr. Walter & Associates will maximize blast results and minimize negative effects.
